How long does an inspection take?

Typically, an inspection with client participation will take about 2 1/2 – 3 hours for a home but can take longer depending on difficult access to all areas of the home, unique features such as the presence of pools, large properties, retaining walls, or weather. the electronic report is completed separately from this time allotment. These are minimal times for a proper inspection. An inspection covering all areas of the typical home cannot be reasonably done in less time.

Should the purchaser attend the inspection?

Home purchasers are welcome and encouraged to attend the home inspection to know more about the property they are investing in.

Can the report be given to anyone?

The report and its contents can be provided only to the individual who has contracted and paid for it. They can show whoever they like after that.

Flat fee starts at $450 in Salmon Arm with travel costs for added for out of town.

Are you Licensed?

Yes, the owner Jamie Beldi is licensed with the Consumer Protection Branch Licence# 69666 and a member of the Home Inspectors Association British Columbia.
